Ordering and Customization Process

• Clients can request quotes and place orders directly at our store or through specified contact methods on the website.

• A 40% deposit is required to initiate the production of custom units, followed by staged payments based on project progress.

• Order changes are possible within the first 3 days after placing the order; subsequent changes may incur additional costs or not be feasible.

Payment Policy

• We accept payments via credit card, cash, check, and PayPal.

• The payment scheme includes an initial deposit, a second payment after progress confirmation, and a final payment upon delivery.

Delivery Times

• The delivery of modular units is estimated between 90 and 180 working days, subject to customization and project requirements.

Customer Satisfaction and Cancellations

• We commit to correcting any discrepancies that do not meet the initially agreed-upon specifications.

• Cancellations are subject to our detailed cancellation policy, with possible charges depending on the timing of the cancellation.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and data compilations, is the property of Vagon Puerto Rico or is used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability
