Construction and Manufacturing Process
Our modular units and prefabricated homes are manufactured by an external provider specializing in high-quality production. Once a client selects their unit's specific details and signs the agreement, it is established that no design changes can be made. This approach is essential to maintain the manufacturing process's efficiency and adhere to the established deadlines.

Production Schedule: The production timeline for each unit ranges from 30 to 60 business days following design approval. This period commences once all details are finalized, and the client has approved the design.

Communication During Manufacturing: To maintain transparency and keep our clients informed, Vagon Puerto Rico commits to providing progress photographs within the first 30 business days of the manufacturing process. This visibility allows clients to monitor their future home's progress effectively.
Delivery and Assembly
Upon completion of manufacturing, we carefully coordinate the delivery and assembly process to ensure efficiency and readiness.

Site Preparation: Clients are responsible for ensuring the assembly site is prepared before delivery, including necessary foundation work and verifying delivery vehicle accessibility.

Delivery Coordination: Delivery scheduling is a collaborative effort between the client and our contracted transportation company, emphasizing the importance of timely coordination to prevent assembly delays.
Handling Delays and Communication

Delays by Vagon Puerto Rico: Should we experience any delays, immediate communication with the client will be initiated to discuss rescheduling and next steps, minimizing any potential inconvenience.

Client-induced Delays: If delays occur due to the client, such as unprepared assembly sites or changes in delivery coordination, clients are required to directly manage these changes with the contracted companies to ensure process continuity.
