Cancellation Terms

• Initial Cancellation Period: Clients have the right to cancel their order within a maximum term of 3 days after placing their order for a full refund, minus the fee of the payment system used. This initial period is granted to accommodate immediate changes in decision or circumstances.

• Post-Initial Period: Given the custom manufacturing involved, cancellations made after this 3-day period will incur a non-refundable charge of 40% of the total order value. This fee is based on the costs associated with the production stage at the time of cancellation and is necessary to cover expenses already incurred.

Refund Process

• Notification of Cancellation: To initiate a cancellation, the client must notify Vagon Puerto Rico of their decision and request the cancellation. This can be done via email or by submitting a written letter in person, providing a clear explanation for the cancellation.

• Completion of Form: Along with the notification, clients are required to fill out a specific cancellation form provided by Vagon Puerto Rico. This form is designed to gather necessary details for processing the cancellation and refund efficiently.

• Refund Disbursement: Once the cancellation request is received and processed, the refund, after deducting any applicable fees, will be disbursed within 14 days. The refund will be returned to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified or agreed upon.
